1. Shipping
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-5 days for domestic shipping and up to 10 days for international shipping.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Unfortunately not yet. We are a small handmade business and as for now offer domestic shipping only. However, hoping that with the store growth we will explore more possibilities to ship worldwide too.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over £80.
2. Return and Exchange
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your jewellery! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Custom pieces are not eligible for returns unless defective.
Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at ginger.kat.art@gmail.com and we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
A: We take great care in packaging our jewellery, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Materials
Q: What materials do you use in your jewellery?
A: We use a variety of quality materials in our jewellery, including natural gemstones, 24k gold plated jewellery, silver pleated jewellery, stainless steel, swarovski crystals. Each product description includes details about the specific materials used in that piece.
Q: How should I care for my jewellery?
A: To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, or exercising. Store your pieces in a dry place and avoid contact with harsh chemicals like perfumes or cleaning products. You can clean your jewellery with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
Q: Do you use real gemstones?
A: Yes, we use a variety of natural gemstones in our designs, including Sapphire, Ruby, Aquamarine, Pink opal etc.
